We grow five grape varieties, organically certified in June 2024 at 1,800 ft above sea level, on north facing silt loam slopes. Our wines are produced with minimal intervention to bring out their natural character.

OUR WINEMAKER

We grow our grapes and Eric Weisinger makes our wine. Eric is the winemaker at Weisinger Family Winery in Ashland, Oregon. To quote from their website at https://weisingers.com, Eric ‘grew up in the Rogue Valley wine business. From helping to plant the first vines on the property in 1978 to taking over winemaking from his father John in 1998, Eric had a hand in everything at the winery. Wanting to expand his experience and winemaking perspective, from 2007 to 2015 Eric split his time between Oregon and the Marlborough region of New Zealand, where his winemaking focus was on Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.’ Eric also worked as a winemaker in Australia and, as a young man, studied in Germany, gaining experience there with Riesling. Over many years he has made wine with all five of our grape varieties, Semillon included.

Eric’s wide-ranging expertise and dedication to his winemaking craft, a blend of science and art, contribute to producing wines of exceptional quality, on which we are proud to put our label.

Medium bodied, dry, not buttery. Aromas of honey, sweet apple, white peach. Honeyed lemon on the palate, creamy mid-palate mouthfeel, good long finish, balanced acidity. Serve well chilled at 46-50F/8-10C.

RIESLING DRY

A classic dry Riesling. Light bodied, aromas of green apple, honey and stone fruit. Candied lemon-lime on the palate, and a clean, well-balanced finish with good acidity. Serve well chilled at 46-50F/8-10C.

SAUVIGNON BLANC

Light bodied, dry. A classic Sauvignon Blanc – highly aromatic, with notes of grass, citrus and starfruit. Lime and lemon grass on the palate. Refreshingly crisp acidity. Serve well chilled at 46-50F/8-10C.

Medium bodied, dry. Aromas of honeydew melon and guava. Citrus and thyme on the palate. The two varieties complement each other to give a weighty mouthfeel, bright acidity, and good length in the finish. Serve well chilled at 46-50F/8-10C.

Our naturally non-alcoholic 2025 Verjus (pronounced vair-ZHOO, from French for green juice) is made from green organic Sauvignon Blanc wine grapes. Not fermented. Verjus blends tartness with a hint of sweetness. Drink chilled as a great alternative to wine, or as a spritz with soda, or in a mocktail. Also use in the kitchen in dressings, sauces or marinades. Drink chilled at 46-50F/8-10C.
